A Bridge Across PCH? Let's talk about it.

Would a bridge spanning PCH provide a beautifying gateway to our city?  Would it improve pedestrian and bicycle safety? In April I (Hermosa Beach Mayor Jeff Duclos) pledged to explore the feasibility of this solution with interested community members.
