Kitchen Takeover II: Six Chefs, Six Courses Collaborating Together in a Free Flowing Kitchen Creating Distinct Cuisine. This month’s event will focus on global cuisine; each chef will create a dish that is a modern interpretation of their cultural background mixed with their personal culinary style; from Scottish comfort food, Japanese/ Chinese/ Thai, Puerto Rican, Cuban and Italian. A portion of proceeds will benefit Autism Ride.
