The Los Angeles Caregiver Resource Center has designed a training that offers family caregivers the opportunity to learn easy and fun ways for better self-care. This is a free, half-day training open to family caregivers in Los Angeles County. Please call 1-800-540-4442 to register for these events. Registration is required.
