Families seeking a safe and fun weekend activity are invited to L.A. Budo martial arts school on May 4th 11:00am until 4:00pm. L.A. Budo who has helped many children by teaching them self-defense wants to help out other children that they cannot normally reach. L.A. Budo will be holding its annual charity carnival. This year, L.A. Budo has chosen to work with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children ®, and they plan on raising $2,000.00. L.A. Budo will have several carnival games with a martial art twist, a prize raffle, and a martial arts classes and demonstrations. Games will include an inflatable Pugil Sticks area, an inflatable boxing ring and a rubber ninja star toss game. Prizes were donated by Century Martial arts, KI International Martial Arts, The Comic Bug.
The event is free and open to the public. The classes, raffle and game tickets are just 10 dollars. Net Proceeds will be donated to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. They will also have special martial art enrollment packages where 10% will be donated to NCMEC. The location of the carnival is located at 1809 Manhattan Beach Blvd – Manhattan Beach CA. 90266.
