Rich Mahan & The Cocktail Heroes will headline Saint Rocke on Friday night, July 23. Opening performances by The Zoggs, who were called Bookmobile in the '90s, and Old Californio, from Pasadena, will begin at 9 p.m. Expect the headlining performance to begin around 11 p.m.
