
With a penchant for the unexpected, Rick Holmstrom has managed to become the antidote for the often creatively depleted blues and roots scene. Holmstrom’s background as one of the most traditional of traditional blues guitarists landed him in the spotlight world playing and/or recording with legends and luminaries such as Jimmy Rogers, R..L. Burnside, Smokey Wilson, Johnny Dyer, William Clarke and Rod Piazza.
