The 12 Days of FITNESS

Our '12 Days of Fitness' is a 12 Day, Holiday Beach Boot Camp designed to get (or keep) you superFIT in mond-body-spirit during the holiday season.

You'll never experience the same workout twice and each day will include all aspects of physical fitness training to include:

  • Dynamic and Static Stretching
  • Running / Jogging / Walking
  • Sand Drills - Increases Cardio output 30%-40% more!
  • Military / Sport Type Exercise Drills
  • P.R.E's - Partner Resistance Exercises
  • Team Exercise Drills, Games and Obstacle Courses
  • Dumbbell, Tubing, Medicine Ball and Body Bar Exercises
  • Core Training
  • Agility and Balance Conditioning Drills
  • Jumping Rope
  • Yoga / Pilates Exercise
