The Hermosa Beach Murals Project presents: A Walk in History 1900 ~ 1919. On Saturday June 5th: Come participate in this wonderful, educational and exciting tour through 12 strategically located stations identifying significant firsts in Hermosa Beach.
You will be given clues from historical facts at each station by trained Docents who will provide you with a unique experience through storytelling and share rarely known facts about Hermosa Beach. Your clues will provide you the solution to a puzzle that could win you prizes.
At the end of your walk in history, you will have an opportunity to discover your artistic talent by painting on a canvas mural.
The Walk in History event is ideal for the entire family and individuals. This experience is sure to provide an educational yet fun time for all ages. Come experience what it was like back in the beginning of Hermosa Beach.
This is a shotgun start with 2 start times: 10am (recommended for kids, ending around 11:30) and the second group starts at 11:30am.
