Kids are heading back-to-school, which means the annual back-to-school shopping trip! Here are a few tips to make shopping a success.
1. Before you start, take inventory. Donate clothes that are too small or unwanted.
2. Know the dress code, even for public schools, before shopping.
3. Stick to a budget.
4. Image and peer acceptance are very important. While trendy “name brand” items can be expensive, do not discount them entirely.
5. Make a day of it! Take time out and have fun!
