Fleming’s El Segundo Welcomes Hartford Family Vineyards for Extraordinary Four-Course Dinner June 19

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in El Segundo welcomes yet another top California winery, Hartford
Family Vineyards, on Wednesday, June 19 with a scrumptious four-course dinner beginning at 6:30 p.m. created by Fleming’s Chef Partner Mark Ogren.


Guests will begin their meals with crispy Salmon Bruschetta paired with Hartford
Court’s Seascape Vineyard Chardonnay, Sonoma County, 2010. The first course, a Wild Mixed Green Salad with seared
Scallops featuring mixed field greens, candied walnuts and sliced apples topped
with a tangy lemon balsamic vinaigrette will be served with Hartford Court,
Four Hearts Vineyard Chardonnay, Russian River, 2010. Cherry glazed slow-roasted Rack of Lamb will follow, complemented
by Hartford Court, Land’s Edge Vineyard Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast, 2010. For their
third course, guests will enjoy Hartford Court, Zifandel, Russian River Valley,
2010 coupled with Petite Filet topped
with wild berry chutney and served with sautéed French green beans and Lobster mashed potatoes. Dinner will conclude with a sweet treat featuring a Belgium Chocolate soufflé with a
raspberry drizzle topped with Chantilly cream.


The wine dinner costs $95 per guest
(excluding tax and gratuity) and begins at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 19 at Fleming’s El Segundo, 2301 Rosecrans Ave. The dinner is expected to sell
