By: Jade Gymnastics is my favorite sport. It’s super fun and gets your blood flowing. A lot of people think that it’s one of the hardest sports, but if you practice it can be as easy as any other sport. Doing gymnastics helps you build confidence and courage because performing in front of people can be scary. It also builds your strength. Gymnastics is a great way to become more flexible because for a portion of time you stretch. You can stretch with a partner which helps you a lot. You can do more things if you are properly stretched out and flexible. It can also be relaxing. Gymnastics is also a great way to try new things. You learn and try a new thing every day! It’s always different. One day you might learn how to do a backbend, and the next a back flip. Gymnastics also expands you to do different kinds of gymnastics, like rhythmic. If you are adapted to learning new things, it could help you in life. Finally, gymnastics is a good way to build trust. Gymnastics teaches you to trust others. It can also teach you how to trust yourself. It also teaches you that you have to earn things. Overall, I think that gymnastics is a great sport. It’s active and fun to watch and do. Gymnastics can teach you a lot of things and can be done almost anywhere.
