High Schoolers to Taste a Big Mac Gone Good

Students at Redondo Union High School will have the opportunity to see celebrity chef of The Biggest Loser Devin Alexander create and serve her famous "Little Dev" burgers Wednesday between 4:15 and 5:30 p.m. when their school holds its Student Union Grand Opening.

The grand opening showcases Redondo Union's new cafeteria, which will bring healthier meal options to students. The new cafeteria meets standards set by Alliance for a Healthier Generation. All cafeteria food will be baked or grilled, instead of using a fryer.

Alexander's 'Little Dev' is a lean beef burger, patterned after McDonald's Big Mac, that packs all the flavor in only 11 grams of fat.
