Interesting Music, Talented Dancers and Innovative Movement: El Camino College Presents the Kenneth Walker Dance Project

The Kenneth Walker Dance Project (KWDP) comes to El Camino College's Marsee Auditorium at 8 p.m. Nov. 8

The Kenneth Walker Dance Project will bring interesting music, talented dancers and innovative movement to create a meaningful artistic experience.

Artistic Director Kenneth Walker’s choreography has been well received by audiences and respected by dance artists alike. The company reflects the community, with dancers of all ethnicities and backgrounds gracing the stages on which KWDP performs.

Founded in 2004, KWDP’s vision is to bring the artist and audience to the poetics of the human condition. Inherent in this vision are several tensions: taking artistic risks without leaving the audience behind and the transforming capacity of art and its power to affect human life.
