Intruder Breaks Into Hermosa Beach Home

HERMOSA BEACH, CA – A man broke into a Hermosa Beach home and then attacked another man and tried to assault a woman in the home, it was reported Friday.

The attack took place about 10 p.m. Wednesday in the 900 block of Monterey Boulevard, Hermosa Beach police Sgt. Mick Gaglia told the Daily Breeze.

The woman was able to fend off her attacker and the intruder fled from the scene, Gaglia said. Police have not released any suspect description.
