Landmark Hermosa: Animal Hospital

For 20 years, the has helped and vaccinated a countless number of South Bay pets at its original Pacific Coast Highway location in Hermosa Beach.

The small and close-knit veterinary hospital provides "comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care" to its patients, including "a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories," according to its website.

A team of five animal-loving veterinarians work at the hospital, providing routine preventive care for four-legged friends.

The hospital boasts a "pet portals" service, a private online website that allows pet owners to access to their pet’s health information.

The holistic care for pets earned the hospital an Easy Reader magazine award for "Best Veterinary" this year.
