Millions of Untapped Dollars Available for Middle Class Students

Over $37 million in Middle Class Tuition Assistance Still Available

The Middle Class Scholarship was established to provide relief to tens of thousands of undergraduate students with family incomes up to $150,000. This financial aid will help California students pay for tuition and other mandatory student fees.

In its first year of implementation, $107 million was set aside for the Middle Class Scholarship, but fewer students than anticipated applied to the program.
