Nurture Your Mind, Body and Spirit: Yoga, Meditation and Organic Lunch

Organic and Vegetarian Lunch by Ayara Thai Cuisine 
What to Expect:- 50 minutes of Basic Introductory Yoga, 30 minutes of Theravada Buddhist Meditation, followed by an organic vegetarian Thai lunch 

Notes:
- Yoga is practiced in bare feet- Please bring your own yoga mat, a towel, a bottle of water, a meditation cushion or pillow to sit on, and an open mind
- For yoga, please wear comfortable exercise clothing 
- For meditation, please wear comfortable, modest, non-binding clothing. Knees, midsection, and shoulders should be covered. 
- Please arrive early, for ample time to ask any questions, prepare for class and relax onto your mat
