Redondo Liquor Store Owner Wanted for Child Molestation

Police are looking for help finding the 57-year-old owner of Party House Liquor who is accused of dealing drugs and molesting children.

Redondo Beach police sought the public’s help today to find a 57-year-old liquor store owner charged with illegal drug sales and sexual assault of teenagers.

Bilal Joudi, owner of Party House Liquor, may have fled the country, according to Sgt. Jon Naylor of the Redondo Beach Police Department.

Joudi was arrested on Oct. 1 after police followed him and saw him conduct a drug transaction, Naylor said.

Investigators also uncovered evidence leading them to believe Joudi was involved in inappropriate sexual contact with teenagers.

Joudi was released pending further investigation. Charges were filed Nov. 24. Police then discovered he was gone.

Seven criminal charges were filed against Joudi for drug sales and child molestation. A $220,000 warrant was issued for his arrest.
