Saint Rocke Says 'Aloha' to Henry Kapono

The multi-talented, award winning, and Grammy nominated singer/songwriter Henry Kapono will be here at Saint Rocke Sunday, July 21st. With decades of experience under his belt, Kapono has been captivating audiences since the 70’s. Since going solo in 1981, Kapono has over 17 albums. Clearly going solo was the right choice for him. For those of you unfamiliar with Kapono think of him as a Hawaiian Bob Dylan, with no mumbling.

Kapono sings about what’s on his mind, and does it beautifully. For him, music is an outlet, and that outlet has given him a prosperous career. His music is deep, and expresses his feelings of what’s going on in the world and what we can do to help it. Very moving to the point where you don’t really think of the world, and you just listen to the world looks like through the eyes of Henry Kapono.
