Memorial Day Weekend marks the start of several favorite summertime amusements: concert series, movies in the park, big sports tournaments and other outdoor events. I’ve been busy gathering all the info and posting it to the website, so when you have a chance, visit the Things To Do/Special Events page and scroll down to see what’s on the agenda this summer.
I think we all tend to go to the Farmers’ Market closest to home but there are several terrific Farmers’ Markets throughout the South Bay. These are great community amenities that provide an opportunity to shop locally for the freshest, seasonal produce available and each one offers something a little different. I’ve compiled a handy list by day of the week here:http://southbaybyjackie.com/south-bay-farmers-markets-schedule-3/2/. You know, just in case you want to try something different.
