Two Great White Sharks Hooked from Manhattan Beach Pier
One fisherman hooked two great white sharks while on the MB Pier Tuesday. An avid ocean lover cut them loose.

Two more great white sharks were hooked and released from the Manhattan Beach Pier Tuesday by one fisherman.
Eric Martin, director of The Roundhouse Marine Studies Lab and Aquarium at the end of the pier, told Patch the sharks were an estimated 5 to 6 feet and 7 feet. He took photos after cutting the lines to release the sharks. The great white is a protected species.
