VIDEO: Two Suspects Rob Prestige Jewelers in Manhattan Beach

From the Manhattan Beach Police Department:

On Aug. 3, at about 11:30 a.m. Manhattan Beach Police Officers responded to numerous 911 calls of a robbery in progress at Prestige Jewelers, 3200 N. Sepulveda Blvd. #E2, inside the Manhattan Village Mall.

Two suspects entered the location wearing ski masks and targeted several display cases. The suspects used hammers to smash the display cases and removed several items of jewelry before exiting the location.

The suspects ran to an awaiting van driven by suspect #3 and left the location in a northbound direction. They abandoned the van near the Marriott Hotel on Parkview Avenue just a short distance away. This van had been reported stolen out of the city of Inglewood one day prior. The suspects were seen entering a gray Chrysler or Chevrolet minivan being driven by suspect #4. The Chrysler/Chevrolet was last seen driving away east on Parkview Avenue.

Suspects:

#1: MBA, 20YO 6’2” thin build wearing a light gray hooded sweatshirt and black/blue athletic shoes
#2: MBA, 20s, wearing black hoodie jacket with a logo on it, black pants, and white tennis shoes
#3: MBA, 21-22, 5’10” short curly hair, tattoo on the left side of left eye, gray tank top shirt, black basketball shorts, gray socks, and black tennis shoes
#4 Unknown description
