• Hesperia man arrested in connection with theft of $10K forklift (vvdailypress.com) — Deputies arrested a 25-year-old Hesperia resident after finding him in possession of a forklift worth about $10,000 that had recently been reported stolen. Investigators tracked the equipment to a property just outside Hesperia city limits, where the man was booked on suspicion of receiving stolen property. Authorities are asking anyone with information to contact the Victor Valley Sheriff's Station or WeTip.
   

• Man accused of burglary, auto theft spree in Hesperia neighborhood (vvdailypress.com) — A series of home and vehicle break-ins, along with two car thefts and a vehicle fire, rattled a neighborhood near Hesperia on Tuesday afternoon. Deputies arrested a 34-year-old Pomona man nearby on multiple burglary and auto theft-related allegations, recovering both stolen vehicles. No injuries or additional details were immediately released.
