2 Injured in Highland Park Apartment Fire
Firefighters quickly tackled an apartment fire in Highland Park that left a father and son injured.

HIGHLAND PARK, CA -- Firefighters made quick work of an apartment fire in Highland Park Monday afternoon.
Firefighters knocked down a fire in one unit of a two-story garden-style apartment building at 120 E. Avenue 40. A father and his son are being evaluated at the scene for non-life-threatening burn injuries, says Margaret Stewart of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
