The Alliance of River Communities represents a diverse swath of neighborhood leaders from Los Feliz to the east city border and from Eagle Rock down to the Hollywood freeway. The Los Angeles River and Arroyo Seco serve as a symbol of what ties our communities together. ARC seeks to enhance and empower neighborhood council leaders and to increase the voice and influence of the communities it represents.
