Hello Friends!

I'm excited to share my lastest endeavor with you! For many years now I've been an advocate for Holistic therapies. I've healed myself of arthritis, asthma, sciatica, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, allergies, fibromyalgia, and more. As I healed I discovered all kinds of amazing holistic treatments and I learned how important food is to our living a successful life. As an investor in the Spice Station (300+ spices, sugars, and salts) I wanted to bring the healing qualities of food to more people and as a consumate tea drinker I'm proud to share my new store with you, CYH Medicinal and Herbal Teas!

As a Hypnotherapist in Highland Park I work with lots of chronic heal conditions (cancer, anxiety, OCD) and addiction issues and I'm excited to share these powerful blends for healing with YOU! The teas can be found in our "brick and mortar" store in Silver Lake (3819 Sunset Boulevard, LA, CA 90026), through me personally at my home in Highland Park, and online (coming soon at www.CreateYourHealth.com)!
