Patch Blog: Did We Find Your Bunny?
We found a cute and seemingly tame little lost bunny in Highland Park.
For the last few days, a really tame rabbit has been alternately hanging out in our front yard and being chased by the neighbor kids.
Yesterday he showed up in the backyard of our Highland Park house, which is fenced off so he obviously had to do a little work to get back there and away from the children. I fear, because he seems so tame and isn't scared of me, that he might be a lost pet. I took a few photos of him, some up to about a foot away while he posed in hopes maybe someone would notice and come to pick up the sweet little guy.
He seems to be perfectly happy in our backyard for now, though we do have dogs and I made sure they left him alone when they went out to pee. He didn't seem scared of them either, frankly.
