My week starts on a Tuesday and ends on a Saturday, meaning I spend 12 hours away from home and spend 12 hours at home Sunday and Monday.
On average, in a day I drink one cup of coffee, indulge with biscotti, eat tortillas, drink a liter of water, enjoy a pint of beer or a glass of wine, choose tofu over meat, exercise, text and read.
