During a White House ceremony on May 16th 1978, President Jimmy Carter said, "It is generally not known in the world that, in the years preceding 1916, there was a concerted effort made to eliminate all the Armenian people, probably one of the greatest tragedies that ever befell any group. And there weren't any Nuremberg trials."
Three emerging documentary-filmmakers and social activists are proud to share with you their dedication and hard work of the past 16-weeks. This documentary will provide an overview of the Armenian genocide and the culture of silence around it.
To say that this is important work, is an understatement. This is necessary.
Please join us for wine, cheese, and discussion about our process and watch a teaser of the documentary. It's a free event, but donations are encouraged, if you can.
