Fire Destroys Mount Washington Home
A two-story home in Mount Washington was completely engulfed by flames Thursday.

LOS ANGELES, CA — A two-story home in Mount Washington was destroyed Thursday when it was engulfed in flames.
The home in the 600 block of West Pheasant Drive was vacant when the fire broke out, and no one was injured, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department. The fire was reported at 3:05 p.m. The home was completely engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived. About 84 firefighters were able to knock down the fire within a half hour, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
