Man Stabs Roommate In Highland Park: LAPD

HIGHLAND PARK, CA — A man stabbed and critically wounded his roommate Tuesday evening during a fight in Highland Park and was taken into custody, police said.

The stabbing was reported about 7 p.m. in the area of San Pascual Avenue and Elgin Street, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The victim was taken to a hospital, where he was undergoing surgery, police said.

Police did not disclose what sparked the fight between the men, who are both in their 20s.
