MOUNT WASHINGTON, CA Authorities today identified a young man found shot to death in the Mount Washington area, and sought public help to solve the crime.Officers sent to the 4700 block of North Figueroa Street about 12:15 p.m. Sunday found 19-year-old Kaelyn Michael Tarin wounded inside a tent, the Los Angeles Police Department reported.Paramedics took Tarin to a hospital, where he died.
