Body Found In Hollywood Fire, Officials Probing Suspicious Death: LAFD
The Los Angeles Fire Department said that a preliminary investigation indicated the possibility of a suspicious death prior to the fire.

HOLLYWOOD, CA — A person was found dead in the 6200 block of Fountain Avenue Monday night after a fire, prompting a suspicious death investigation, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The department said that a preliminary investigation indicated the possibility of a suspicious death prior to the fire.
The Los Angeles Fire Department Arson and Los Angeles Police Department are involved in the investigation.

Fire crews responded at 9:48 p.m. Monday to a one-story bungalow at 6062 Fountain Ave., near Gower Street, where they located the fire in one room and began an offensive fire attack, Stewart said.
The blaze was quickly extinguished and as firefighters searched the building they found the victim.
