Hollywood in the Palm of Your Hands

The Hollywood Entertainment District has launched a brand new, mobile-friendly microsite, www.HollywoodHQ.us, to help visitors plan their stay in Hollywood. 

Say you're a family visiting Hollywood.  Maybe it's your first time and you're here from another state or country - or maybe you live in one of the many nearby neighborhoods and are just passing through with some time to spare.  Either way, just log on to the site, which is optimized to work on your computer, phone or tablet, and click into "Itineraries."  The site will bring up a list of suggested stops, show you where they are on the interactive map, and provide information including weblinks and phone numbers.  It will even interact with your social media sites by letting you share on your Facebook or Google+ page, or your Foursquare account!

Or, if you already know you're in the mood for a good cocktail or hot dog, simply search for a keyword or click on one of the icons for "Eat," "Drink," or "Shop."

In addition, the main page features a rotating slideshow of upcoming events.

Hollywood HQ is brought to you by the staff of the Hollywood Property Owners Alliance, which manages the Hollywood Entertainment District and the Sunset & Vine Business Improvement Distict.  Due to their connections with the numerous property and business owners in Hollywood as well as various community organizations and city representatives, the staff members have a pulse on the community and love sharing their information with everyone who works in, lives in, or visits Hollywood!  They also regularly post unique Hollywood Happenings on their social media channels on Facebook and Twitter.
