Burst Water Main Floods Hollywood Neighborhood
The muddy water flooded at least one car and underground parking garage.

HOLLYWOOD, CA — A water main in Hollywood burst early Thursday morning, flooding the surrounding neighborhood.
Residents near Hudson and Willoughby avenues and Romaine Street awoke to find their streets flooded at about 4:30. a.m., according to reports from the scene.
At least one apartment building parking garage was flooded, with water above the wheels of some vehicles, TV news footage showed.

It was not immediately known how long it would take to repair the problem.
