Set on W Hollywood’s rooftop, Velvet hour brings live music, curated performances and elevated nightlife to the heart of Hollywood, drawing inspiration from Old Hollywood Glamour, mid-century design and W’s music-forward DNA.
At the center of Velvet Hour is a 360-degree circular stage, placing guests directly in the action and creating an immersive, concert-style experience from every vantage point. The debut will set the stage for Velvet Hour’s ongoing weekly programming, including Open Call, W Hollywood’s signature karaoke experience, and Slow Burn, Hollywood’s only rooftop Blues and R&B experience.
- Slow Burn - Launching September 10
- Held weekly on Thursdays from 8pm to 1am Slow Burn will feature live entertainment from Dennis Graham and his band MRCL & The MELODIKS, and special guests, alongside bar bites, bar service and bottle service.
- Open Call - Launching September 16
- Held weekly on Wednesdays from 7:00pm to 11:00pm, Open Call invites guests to showcase their musical talent and stage presence from Velvet Hour’s circular stage, creating an engaging and intimate experience. The series will include bar bites, bar service and bottle service.
