Charlie Sheen's Former Fiancee Brett Rossi Alleges He Paid For Sex

In a suit alleging Charlie Sheen failed to disclose his HIV, Brett Rossi claims their arbitration agreement only applied to paid sex.

LOS ANGELES, CA - Charlie Sheen’s former fiancee, who is suing him for allegedly failing to disclose to her that he is HIV-positive, claims the actor paid her $10,000 to have sex with him during an overnight stay at his home when they first met in 2013.

Scottine Ross, also known as Brett Rossi, filed suit Dec. 3 in Los Angeles Superior Court, seeking $1 million and earnings from Sheen’s canceled TV show, “Anger Management.”

Sheen’s lawyers state in court papers that Ross and her lawyers knew when the lawsuit was filed that their client and the 50-year-old actor were bound by an arbitration agreement.

Sheen’s lawyers want Judge Michelle Williams Court to either dismiss the lawsuit and order arbitration, or put the case on hold pending the conclusion of arbitration that began May 12, but was not concluded. A hearing is scheduled for Monday.

Ross’ lawyers state the arbitration clause their client signed pertained only to her obligation not to disclose her sexual rendevous with Sheen in November 2013. They have included a sworn statement by their client about how she met Sheen.

“I was contacted by a mutual friend who told (the friend) that a high- profile client was interested in having an overnight with me for $10,000,” Ross’ statement says. “I knew that an overnight meant engaging in sexual intercourse for money, as this is the term commonly used for these types of situations.”

Ross said she agreed to go to Sheen’s home, where she followed instructions and asked for “Charlie” when she arrived at the security gate.

“I had never met Mr. Sheen nor been to his residence previously,” Ross says.

Ross says security guards at the home had her sign the non-disclosure agreement before she could go inside and meet Sheen.

“My cell phone was then confiscated for the evening, and I was required to present two forms of identification,” Ross says. “As soon as I entered the residence, I was presented with a bank envelope containing $10,000 in cash by Mr. Sheen himself.

She says the two had sexual intercourse early in the morning of Nov. 2, 2013.

“I left the residence shortly thereafter with no expectation of ever seeing him again,” Ross says.

However, she says the two later began a “personal romantic relationship during which the battery, abuse and other wrongful conduct that forms the basis for my action occurred.”

Sheen disclosed on NBC’s “Today” show on Nov. 17 that he was diagnosed as HIV-positive about four years ago and said some of those aware of his health status had been demanding money from him to keep the secret.

“Rossi is banking on the fact that Sheen will pay her millions of dollars to avoid the negative publicity surrounding this action,” Sheen’s lawyers state in their court papers.

The plaintiff knew of Sheen’s medical condition and still insisted on having unprotected sex with him like a normal couple, Sheen’s attorneys state in their court papers.

“As a porn star, Rossi has had hundreds, if not thousands of sexual partners,” Sheen’s lawyers state in their court papers.

The 26-year-old plaintiff knowingly exposed herself to sexually transmitted diseases every time she had sex on film and made the same choice when she had unprotected sex with Sheen, the actor’s attorneys allege in their court papers.
