That is what happened when a driver suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol crashed their vehicle into a palm-reading business in Anaheim. A Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck rear-ended a Toyota Camry and then crashed into the carpet storage area of the psychic business storefront located on S. Beach Boulevard.

The business owner, Rachel Williams, and her son, Barney Lee, were inside the business at the time of the accident.

Lee said the crash sounded like an explosion and the truck grazed him as it came into the building. Lee and a passerby grabbed the driver who had attempted to flee the scene, confiscating his car keys and holding him until police could arrive.

Williams, the 66-year-old business owner, claims that she had a premonition or impending spiritual sense about the accident that day, she wasn’t sure of the exact time, however. Although her intuition had kicked into high gear, it still didn’t keep her entirely safe from injury. She was treated and later released for back and neck pain in relation to the accident.
