You are invited to attend his free staged reading in Hollywood on January 16, or the actual show at the same theater over five weekends from March 9 through April 9th. In his own words, from Ray Richmond:

"So things are moving full speed ahead for my play TRANSITION, directed by Lee Costello, which reveals the untold story of the private November 10 meeting in the Oval Office of the White House between President Obama and the President-Elect.

We're holding an admission-free staged reading at The Lounge Theatre in Hollywood, 6201 Santa Monica Boulevard, on January 16, at 7:30pm during the week leading up to the (gasp) inauguration. And we've signed to put on a production of the two-man show at the same theater over five weekends from March 9 - April 9. Very exciting stuff.

I've been seeing an awful lot about inauguration protest events and such. And I can think of no better way to demonstrate one's resistance to this travesty than to either help to stage or attend a reading of my 90-minute, one-act play (serious with comedic elements but not sketch or satire) during inauguration week anywhere in the United States. It would be especially sweet to have a reading the night of the actual inaugural (Jan. 20) or, indeed, in the morning or afternoon during the event itself.
