“Championship Wrestling from Hollywood” will settle scores at The Regent Showcase Theater on Sunday, March 6th!
Los Angeles, CA - The National Wrestling Alliance and KDOC-TV are proud to come together for the seventh taping of Championship Wrestling from Hollywood on Sunday afternoon, March 6th, LIVE once again from the Regent Showcase Theater in the heart of Hollywood! Please join us and be a part of the only locally produced prime-time wrestling television series as Championship Wrestling from Hollywood airs every Friday at 8pm on KDOC-Los Angeles with a special encore presentation at 11pm on Saturdays! Fans in attendance on March 6th will be treated to 3+ hours of family entertainment featuring a ton of great matches including:
- NWA World’s Heavyweight Championship – There MUST be a Winner : After nearly seven months of bad blood and unspeakable attacks, World Champion “Scrap Iron” Adam Pearce has been forced to put his coveted ’10 pounds of gold’ on the line against the one person he’s tried so hard to eliminate from competition – Colt “Boom Boom” Cabana. The NWA Board of Directors has decided that this contest will be the FINAL match between the two men for the foreseeable future as the stakes have risen too high. From broken tables and necks to fireballs to Cabana’s valiant return to win the Hollywood Invitation Battle Royal and a shot at redemption, it all comes down to THIS. The NWA has determined that there MUST and WILL be a winner on March 6th. If Pearce is disqualified or counted out for any reason, Cabana will win the title. With the shortcuts and ways out eliminated for Pearce, can he put Cabana down for good, or will ‘Boom Boom’ overcome and add his name to history while buying a drink for everyone in attendance as promised? Be there and bear witness for yourself!
- Match 4 in their series: “A-Double” Austin Aries is behind the proverbial ‘8 Ball’ in his outstanding series as he looks to even the score once more against Scorpio Sky! Sky’s knee issues arose at the last tapings, and without question the veteran Aries will zero in on that target once more. This series has been a classic thus far, and you should be there on March 6 to see what happens next!
- Lumberjack Match: Nothing has been settled in the saga of Willie Mack and “Rock Superstar” Kaos as once again THE STANDARD prevented Mack from securing victory. The powers that be in the NWA are tired of the interference and have settled on a way to keep Kaos and Mack in the ring with everyone else out: A LUMBERJACK MATCH! It looks as though there will be no escape for either man on March 6!
- NWA Heritage Tag Team Championship: There is certainly no love lost between The RockNES Monsters and the tag team champions, Natural Selection. While neatly everyone with eyes knows that Natural Selection stole the titles from RockNES, they have been unwilling to give the former champions their rightful rematch – UNTIL NOW. After securing the Number One contendership once again, the RockNES Monsters have done everything to earn a title match. And that’s exactly what they’ll get on March 6! Can the Monsters bring the gold back to where they think it belongs, or will Natural Selection try to pull a fast one again?
