The Keys to Kundalini Yoga with Sarab Sarong & Navjot

Kundalini Yoga has been called the "Yoga of Awareness," and this workshop is the perfect place to learn why—as well as how to ramp up your personal awareness for life-altering change.

Over the course of four weeks, students will learn the fundamental principles of Kundalini and gain the tools necessary to start or expand their practice. Weekly lessons will include yoga sets that combine postures, breath, mantra, and meditation. Appropriate for beginners as well as experienced practitioners, this series is a great opportunity to learn about the benefits of a daily sadhana (meditation), and to uncover some of the mysteries underlying the sacred science and technology of Kundalini.

Sarab Khalsa was born into the Kundalini Yoga tradition, and has been practicing and meditating ever since. He has lived and practiced in India and the U.S., and he studied directly under Yogi Bhajan, the master teacher who brought Kundalini yoga to the West.
