On January 7th, Friday - Global Groove Fitness will present a full hour of fun, exhilarating, invigorating and energizing class - Zumba! Class This session is from 7:15 - 8:15 PM (please be on time) at Hollywood Dance Center (CLICK HERE for Directions).

Suggested Donation: $5.00/person per class (cash only) to cover the cost of space.
What to Bring/Wear:
Parking is available behind Hollywood Dance Center building and on the street (parking along Highland is available at 7pm), please come early as parking fills up easily.
Bring your family and friends! Let's start our weekend in a fun, healthy and fit way... it's going to be a blast! *** Walk-ins are welcome!
Yes, we are going to party! Global Groove Fitness presents Zumba! - a dance fitness class inspired by different dance styles from around the world! Participants will groove to the music such as Brazilian Samba, Afro-Tribal, Latin Dances, Bollywood, and even Shakira-Style belly dancing, and more! The class will be taught in a fun and easy-to-follow group setting, utilizing cardio grooves and layering dance-based moves for optimum fitness benefit! Moves will be broken-down from the most simplest way and transcend into a fun, exhilarating and invigorating workout!
Get ready to MOVE, GROOVE, and SHAKE to the rhythm! And we will explore and travel the world through dance! Are you ready?! Are YOU ready?! Let's Move!
