Fire Engulfs East Hollywood Medical Building
It's the second time the building has caught fire, and this time it was fully engulfed, forcing firefighters to take a defensive position.

HOLLYWOOD, CA —Firefighters spent hours battling a major emergency fire at a medical clinic in the 1200 block of North Vermont Avenue in East Hollywood.
The fire broke out shortly after 7:30 p.m. Friday night in the 1200 block of North Vermont Avenue, and by shortly before 9 p.m., the Los Angeles Fire Department announced that crews were taking defensive posture, pouring water on the flames from outside the structure, which was heavily involved in flames, according to Margaret Stewart of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
"Crews are making good progress and no injuries have been reported," added Stewart.

It's the second time a fire has broken out at the location, according to fire department officials. The building was vacant when the fire broke out.
