Fire Ravages Two Hollywood Homes; Arson Investigation Underway

Cews battled blazes at Two neighboring homes in Hollywood Tuesday night

HOLLYWOOD, CA — Two neighboring homes in Hollywood caught on fire Tuesday night, and Investigators from Arson/ Counter-Terrorism were called in to examine the evidence.

The two homes in the 900 block of North El Centro Avenue caught fire shortly before 9 p.m. Tuesday, and it took 46 firefighters nearly a half-hour to put out the blazes, according to Amy Bastman of the Los Angeles Fire Department.

At least one of the homes was vacant, an no injuries were reported. Investigators did not immediately release the cause of the two fires.
