Groundlings Show Marks 30 Years Of Improv With Lisa Kudrow And More

"Cookin' with GAS" is celebrating its 30th anniversary with a monthlong series of shows featuring famous Groundlings alumni.

HOLLYWOOD, CA — "The Comeback" star Lisa Kudrow joined her fellow Groundlings alum Cheri Oteri and others Thursday during a special show celebrating the 30th anniversary of “Cookin’ with GAS."

The show, which bills itself as the longest-running improv show in Los Angeles, is held at the Groundlings Theatre, which has given countless comedians their start.

As part of a monthlong birthday celebration, the theater has brought together current Groundlings, alumni, and Sunday Company Members for performances throughout March.

Thursday's show also included Matt Cook ("The Greatest Beer Run Ever"), H Michael Croner ("The Big Bang Theory"), Karli Kaiser (FunnyOrDie), Lyric Lewis ("AP Bio"), Michael McDonald ("Mad TV"), George McGrath ("On the Television"), Nicole Parker ("Disaster Movie"), Jim Rash ("Community"), Jeremy Rowley ("iCarly") and Julia Sweeney ("SNL").
