Police say the toddler will most likely not be charged after it was disclosed that the child shot his mom after she had insisted he eat all the lima beans on his plate, which of course would be covered under Florida’s “Stand Your Ground” laws.

Besides, perhaps the child was only trying to protect himself from a crazy lady who’d give a loaded gun to a 4-year-old. And even an NRA spokesperson had to admit that it was the woman’s own fault she got shot, pointing out that had mom also been armed, she could have easily defended herself against the child.
