Hollywood Bungalow Fire Leaves Man In Critical Condition
Firefighters arrived on the scene Wednesday night to find a 65-year-old man unconscious outside a burning bungalow.

HOLLYWOOD, CA — A man found unconscious outside a Hollywood bungalow engulfed in flames Wednesday night is in critical condition, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Firefighters were called to the 1300 block of North Hobart Boulevard shortly after 8 p.m. Wednesday. When they arrived they found a 65-year-old man unconscious outside the burning bungalow, according to LAFD spokesman Brian Humphrey. He suffered severe burn injuries and was transported to a hospital in critical condition, Humphrey added.
"Thirty-six Firefighters took just 20 minutes to access, confine and fully extinguish heavy fire in one unit at the rear of a row of one-story residential bungalows," he said.

No other injuries were reported
The fire's cause remains under active investigation.
