Hollywood Music School Creative Artists Elite celebrates a year of success

Creative Artists Elite (CAE) had an incredible year full of milestones being reached, providing artists with real-world experience and one-on-one mentorship from music industry pros, and making a mark in the Hollywood music education industry. Since the initial launch in early 2013, the founders Jinny Hayman and Chris Hayman have been persistent in making sure CAE stays true to their motto of “Empowering Artists for Independent Success”.

During the 1st and 2nd quarter, CAE ran several courses that catered to singer-songwriters, rappers, musicians, producers and engineers from all over the world.  Talents from as far afield as Australia and the UK came together in Hollywood to collaborate and create incredible original tracks. CAEalumni genres ranged from hip hop, pop/RnB to folk and jazz. Along with courses, CAE ran live workshops in which several alumni came back to develop their onstage skills.

In December, the official company launch had an incredible turnout, and over $200 was raised for VH1 Save the Music foundation. The event included performances from former students, and prospectives were able to get a feel for why CAE’s courses are so unique, and meet the course instructors – all of whom are successful pros with a wealth of high-profile credits. The night of the event, the founders announced that they will hold a scholarship contest ending February 1st 2014, which will allow one applicant the chance to take one of the spring 2014 courses, and also make a professional music video at the end of the course.

This year CAE attracted a great deal of media attention, with radio interviews around the nation, as well as on local shows such as LA Talk Radio and the Cypher Lounge.

CAE is now accepting applications from singer-songwriters, rappers, musicians, producers and engineers aged 14 and up for their 2014 courses.
