Man Fatally Shot in Hollywood; Killer Still At Large
A man was fatally shot in Hollywood late Wednesday night, and today police are searching for his killer.
HOLLYWOOD, CA -- A possibly homeless man was fatally shot inside a U-Haul rental pickup in Hollywood, and police today were continuing to search for the assailant.
Officers responded about 11 p.m. Wednesday to the area of Tamarind and Carlos avenues regarding a radio call of a shooting that had just occurred, the Los Angeles Police Department reported. The victim, a possibly homeless man around 60 years old, was found inside the white pickup, which had collided with a parked vehicle, police said.

There was no immediate information about a possible suspect.
