Man Trapped In Sunset Boulevard Rollover Crash

HOLLYWOOD, CA — A man is in critical condition after he was trapped in an overturned vehicle following a crash in Hollywood Wednesday night.

A man in his 50s was freed from a vehicle that rolled onto its side after a two-car crash in the 5500 block of Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood, said Margaret Stewart of the Los Angeles Fire Department. The crashed was reported at about 6:32PM, and crews were quickly able to extricate the man and transport him to the hospital.

No one else was injured in the wreck which caused traffic delays on the strip. The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating the cause of the crash.
